Product & specs

Before ordering — understand what you're getting

The answers below describe standard plan delivery. If your order has special terms, the contract and ticket notes take precedence.

Is this a dedicated machine or shared resources?

Plans are delivered asindividual Mac machinesfor remote development, build, and desktop use. Whether the machine is fully dedicated and the isolation granularity depend on thecontract and delivery notes; you can verify instance specs and connection endpoints in the console after login.

Is bandwidth or public IP shared with others?

Standard plans are labeled1 Gbps dedicated bandwidthanddedicated IPv4(seepricing page). If shared-resource tiers exist, they will be clearly labeled on the order page and order details — they are never mixed in silently.

Which data center regions are available?

Select a node on the pricing page at checkout. Common options includeSingapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, US Westand others (full list reflects live stock on the order page). The IP and egress route are configured to the selected region — seeplan details.

What is the 'Multi-Mac Thunderbolt Link' add-on?

An add-on that usesThunderbolt 5for high-speed multi-machine interconnect,add-onsuited for multi-machine workflows. Check it on thepricing pageorder page alongside your main plan; it is billed in the same cycle. See theadd-on price table.

Setup & billing

After payment — how does timing and billing work?

Daily plans are typically one-time purchases; weekly/monthly/quarterly plans are subscriptions. Guest orders can be merged by logging in with the same browser.

How long until my Mac cloud server is activated after payment?

Payment enters theticket & activation queue. Wait time depends onstock, review, and configuration; track progress in Orders & Dashboard. You will typically receive an email or in-site notification on activation (subject to actual configuration).

Where can I find order status, expiry, and renewal history?

After login, go to theDashboardbilling/orders section (e.g. 'Invoices', 'Billing List', or order list) to viewstatus, billing cycle, expiry date, and renewal history.Weekly/monthly/quarterlyplans auto-renew if not cancelled before expiry;Dailyplans are one-time purchases. Guest orders can be merged by logging in with the same browser.

Remote connection

After activation — how do I connect to macOS?

Graphical desktop uses VNC; command-line uses SSH. Both credentials are found in the dashboard — do not display them publicly.

How do I connect with VNC remote desktop?

Once the instance is ready, log in toMy Dashboard, go to 'My Machines' and open theVNC, or open theremote desktop pageand connect with your order number and token. The token acts as a temporary key — keep it safe.

How do I log in via SSH?

Copy theSSH command example(host, port, username, etc.) from the machine card in the dashboard and run it in your local terminal. Use the provided key or password — never upload private keys to untrusted environments or code repositories.

Console & tickets

Power control and instance info are handled in the dashboard

Physical machine power operations are carried out by ops via the ticket system — not an instant button like a local VM.

How do I request power on, power off, or restart?

Initiate apower operation(on / off / restart) from 'My Machines' on the target instance. The request enters theticket system, ops execute it and write back the status. Processing time depends on the queue and data center schedule.

Where can I see CPU, RAM, and IP?

Log in toMy Dashboardand go toOverview / My Machinesto view CPU, RAM, disk, IP, region, and SSH/VNC access. If details don't match expectations, submit a ticket with your order number.
